Payment Policy (For Physical Services – Sports Field Booking App)

Payment Methods

This application facilitates the booking of real, physical sports fields. All payments made through the app are strictly for physical services provided by field owners. Therefore, the app is not required to use Google Play’s in-app billing system, as no digital goods or digital content are sold.

Payment Processing

When a player books a field, the payment is processed using an external payment method. The amount paid is held temporarily to ensure that the booking is valid and the service is delivered correctly.

Escrow Holding Period

Payments collected from players may be temporarily held within the app’s system for a short period (e.g., 24 hours) for verification and service-completion purposes. After confirmation, the funds are transferred to the field owner as their rightful earnings.
